Alexander Iashvili (born 23 October 1977 in Tbilisi) is a Georgian football striker. He currently plays for German club Karlsruher SC.

After his loan spell ended, he once again moved to play in Germany, this time for SC Freiburg. The team earned promotion to the Bundesliga the first season, and since 1998 has contributed with 30 goals in 148 Bundesliga games. For the 2005–06 season he was promoted to team captain. He was released in 2007, after ten years with the club, and subsequently joined Karlsruher SC.
